Shipping Information
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We offer fast and reliable shipping services within Australia. Here are the details:
- Processing Time: Once your order is confirmed, please allow 1-2 business days for processing before shipment.
- Delivery Time: Delivery times vary based on your location within Australia. Typically, it takes 3-5 business days for your order to reach you. Remote or regional areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
- Shipping Fee: We offer standard shipping and express shipping options with FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100. Shipping costs will be calculated for you at checkout.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping and we are currently limited to customers within Australia only, however we are looking to expand internationally very soon, so please bear with us. Keep on eye on our socials for the announcement.
Returns and Exchanges
We have a confidence guarantee, which means we now offer 1 exchange for every order. Postage costs must be covered by the customer in cases of change of mind or wrong sizing. Exchanges will receive a credit voucher only, no refunds will be issued unless the product is faulty/damaged*

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that you have proof of the damage or defect of the product. - Timeline: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange for incorrect, damaged or faulty items.
- Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at hello@bourkestation.com.au. Provide them with your order details, reason for return or exchange, and any relevant information. They will guide you through the process.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item sent by us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
- Refunds/Exchanges: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
